  They opened at 9 am and I was supposed to be picked up when they opened. I was told to call in the morning to remind them. I called at 9 and I was on hold for 30 minutes and then had to hang up because I was due to work at Levi's stadium. So, I had to order a ride which cost me $70 for both ways and I had to wait 1 hr 45 minutes in the heat to get my ride home because of the traffice after the game. Game ended at 4:30, I was picked up at 6:20 pm. I am very, very unhappy with the lack of service here.
